UFOs Caught On Camera In London

It doesn't get any more 'WTH' than this... I'm not one to automatically jump to conclusions, so I'll allow you, my dear readers, to make your own assumptions as to the authenticity of this footage.

The very strange and awry footage of various bright lights rapidly darting through the sky during the day was first posted on YouTube.

In the video clip, tiny circular specks of white light can clearly be seen flying high over London in broad daylight. The day is clear and the sky is blue (which I reckon is a very rare phenomenon in itself in London), when five UFOs are seen speeding in parallel before disappearing behind a cloud.

Next, a much larger glowing disc-shaped objects then emerges from behind the very same cloud... perhaps the 'mother ship'? It hovers slowly in a tight circle - then other smaller specks seem to follow the path of the original lights behind the cloud.

A small group of people can be seen on a corner near the Radio 1 studio in Great Portland Street, West London, watching and videoing the activity on mobile phones.

In the description of the video it states, "Right - took over a week to get it....but finally managed to get these critters on camera on a clear day, and even get a close-up... It seems to be attracting quite a crowd now when they appear. Can anyone explain what on earth these lights are please?"

Apparently, these lights have been visible at random times on previous evenings at the same location over the past week.

What do you think friends and readers? - Fact or Fiction?

Most believe they are hoax using CGI.

Wouldn't it be ironic if extraterrestrials actually flew in saucer shaped ships?

Somehow I just doubt that we were quite so accurate in the early days of B movies.

It had a "Blair Witch" feel to it as well. But having said that, when lasers were new 30 years ago, a friend of mine (who worked at Xerox and had access to lasers) and I went up to the top of a building in the village and had great fun shining the red dot on the road and watching people's reactions. We had one fellow with a case of beer on his shoulder going round and round trying to follow it... still makes me laugh.

PS Voted for you, and Tweeted! Overcame the required "ID Number" by just putting "not applicable" rules did not state that you had to live in Singapore.

Haha Morgana - great stuff! A prankster after my own heart.. Yeh I also got a bit of a 'blair witch' vibe from it!!

Thanks so much for your support - every vote counts including ones from overseas - putting not applicable is fine! The vote still counts... :)

Cheers!
